If you are buying a Jimboomba shed, where do you start? Probably the best way to go is to visit a display center and check out the range and prices of sheds you like. You’ll get a good idea of how far your budget will go, and you’ll be able to pick and choose the design, fittings and finishes you prefer.
However, not all sheds are make equal – even if they look similar from the outside. The strongest sheds usually have large, solid welded sections, rather than thin sheet metal cleats and beams that are bolted together. This is not to say a shed that is bolted together is necessarily inferior for most purposes. It’s just that you want the strongest construction you can get for your money.
As an example, as you will see in the video below, my big shed is at 10m X 21m (probably too big for us really, but you know how it is sometimes with a man and his shed) has fully welded roof trusses, and a minimum of bolted flanges, making it extermely strong. I’ve been inside when the wind was howeling around outside, and while my home was creaking and groaning, the shed was rock solid.
It certainly pays to have a sturdy structure – it’s save and secure no matter what mother nature throws at you.

Anyhow, make sure you check out the construction standards of the Jimboomba shed you are considering, so you can be happy with the finished product.
